Alex Habliston

Mr. Habliston holds engineering licenses in the states of Washington, California, and Florida in addition to his 20 years of engineering experience in a wide variety of projects. His experience includes URM retrofit projects, Scargo Hotel in downtown Seattle, design of prototype buildings ranging in size from 2500 sq feet, Key Bank buildings across the country, to 75,000 sq feet, Cabela’s store in Canada, as well as seismic bracing of building components and cladding both architectural and MEP systems.

In addition to the above Alex has also had experience with tenant improvement projects in malls both interior and exterior. These project range in the typical interior soffit and partition walls all the way to removal of building columns with the tenant space. Alex Habliston’s approach to projects is efficient and straightforward to incorporate the clients needs and desires with the design requirements for the project. He provides a positive benefit to AUE’s clients and staff.
