John Armour

Mr. Armour is a licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in Washington and Idaho, and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in several other states. With a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and over a decade of experience, John combines his extensive knowledge of structural engineering and design materials with meticulous attention to detail.

John’s expertise spans various areas. He has successfully designed multiple prototypes for retail clients across the county. Additionally, he has designed several story ground-up construction projects using a diverse range of materials. His portfolio includes work in ground-up construction, tenant improvement projects, existing building renovations, and exterior facade design.

John also consistently works directly with several fabricators and contractors who rely on him for efficient and constructable solutions that meet the needs of challenging construction schedules
