Throughout her career, Blen have gained a wide range of knowledge and extensive experience in residential building sites, material inspection and project compliance. Moreover, she take pride in her ability to design and deliver successful residential building projects, particularly in Washington State, where she has made significant contributions to the built environment.

Her current role at AUE provides the opportunity to engage in diverse projects and exposing her to various methods of designing support and seismic bracing for both structural and nonstructural components, including commercial tenant improvement and renovations across all 50 states and in Canada.

BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Gondar – 2015
MS in Structural Engineering from Seattle University – 2023
