AUE Summer 2019 Eat Seattle Event

AUE had a great thyme participating in a culinary workshop for our summer corporate gathering! We partnered with Eat Seattle at the SieMatic Kitchen in Seattle where we prepared a Panzenella Salad, Braised Flanken Steak, and a Peach crumble for desert. A few people were a little wary of cooking for the whole team, but with the egg-cellent instruction from the Eat Seattle chefs it was a pizza cake! We had fun meating up with our New York team and hope to ketchup with each other soon!
