AUE Kicks off Revit Training Series

Introduction to Revit

Revit is one of the most widely used modeling programs by architects and engineers. The 3D modeling capabilities minimize design complexity. We are always looking to ensure our team is ahead of the curve by providing continuous training and education. As this program is used in many of our projects we are holding a company-wide 5-part series webinar on Revit, designed and presented by our project engineers Drew Hopkins and John Armour. These webinars are focused specifically for an engineers’ use to enable and strengthen design collaboration within our teams and clients.

On January 23rd we held the first webinar that was attended by our engineers and drafters from both the Bellevue and New York offices. Webinar 1, ‘Introduction to Revit’ focused on terminology, file options, differences between Revit LT and Revit, worksheets, work sharing, and basic model operations.

The next webinar will be held the first part of February with a focus on ‘Setting up a Project from Scratch’. We thank Drew and John for leading this endeavor for the team.
